The corrugated stainless steel inner hose provides movement and flexibility. The braid carries
the loads once the hose is pressurised. The result is a robust flexible connection without the
limitations of rigid pipework.

CONSTRUCTION
Why double braided?
The braid is more than a protective layer. It is the pressure-carrying element that restrains the corrugated hose from expanding or elongating under internal pressure.
More pressure requires more control.
A second braid layer can significantly increase the allowable working pressure. The correct construction depends on the complete assembly, not diameter alone.

The hydroformed annular tube provides flexibility and contains the process medium.
